Evaluating Persian rugs is really only either the holder and it really shouldn't matter in this world. People should be more honest and they want people to be honest to them. It's an unfortunate thing that we have to go to such great lengths to find out things that we ourselves don't even know for true; how do you know if the appraiser you pick from a third-party lists of appraisers even knows what they're talking about?
